Here are Some Examples of Exterior Checks Included:

● Gather leaflets, news papers, Magazines, Mail, Junk Mail, Packages, Phone Books, Door Hangers on House Mail Box, Porch, Veranda and Front Door ● Collect Mail and Place in your home or as per your instructions ● Check / Collect Waste Bins, Recycle Bins etc. are put away and secure

● Check Grounds and Exterior of Home for Vandalism, Tresspassing, Forced Entry, Broken or Damaged Doors, Windows and Screens, etc. ● Check all Doors, Windows to ensure they are locked and secure ● Check all Garage Doors, Windows to ensure they are locked and secure ● Check Vehicles are locked and secure from  vandalism and a visual check tires are not flat

● Ensure Gates are functioning properly, locked and secure

● Check Fenced Property is in-tact / not fallen over due to weather, vandalism, etc.

● Check perimeter of Home for any visible Water Damage due to things like clogged or detached downspouts, etc   ● Check for any visible Damage due to Severe Weather / Storms, major Water   run-off due to Snow thawing quickly ● Monitor for Snow Removal, Grass Cutting and Pool / Hot Tub Care depending   on the season

Here are Some Examples of Interior Checks Included:

● Check Security Alarms are Operational and for Low Battery warnings

● Check to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked

● Randomly Open and Close Blinds / Drapes in home to give appearance someone is home

● Check thermostats are set and functioning

● Check main utility room for leaks from Hot-Water Tank & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems) & they are functioning based on seasonal requirements ● Check for any visible signs of plumbing leaks / failures and flooding  in the basement and under counters at each fixture ● Check for any visible signs of water damage or leakage around doors, windows, skylights, ceilings and basement foundation ● Check refrigerator, freezer and Ice making appliances are functioning and no visible leaks.  We recommend that ice makers be turned off in your absence

● Check for visible mold, mildew

● Check Electrical Panel for tripped breakers and reset if necessary

● Conduct a visual check of all interior rooms, closets on all levels

● Check for evidence of pests (insects and rodents) inside and outside the home ● Check for unusual noticeable odours in all interior rooms, closets on all levels
